Oh little Merik! Where do I start? Your family is truly awesome as you can see here (Goldhawk Family + 1 {Maternity}) and you are the sweetest little guy! I actually had to spend some cuddle time with him at the end of the session simply because he did not.want.to.wake.up! This is a great quality to have during a newborn session, but I am trying to fight the “baby itch” so I need to get my newborn snuggles from somewhere!!
You will see we got a ton of great shots! I especially love the shots with the chalkboard and apples since mommy is a teacher. In that setup we also incorporated the vintage quilt from their Maternity session. Little details like that are important so that I can provide my clients with photos they could easily coordinate with each other and make a great wall display.
I am also a huge fan of the owl setup! This is special to their family because Merik’s first cousin is sweet little Nash, my original little owl!
